PAYMENT----------------------------------------------------------
1. Payment through Wise(or TransferWise), or Arbum.
2. full payment or 50% upfront before the sketch (and the least after the sketch)
3. In case of Canceling the commission, No refund after the Sketch process is finished.
4. Wise fees is on the client
5. Commercial used are x2 from the original priceGeneral --------------------------------------------------------------------
6. Commission will take 3 days up to 2 weeks to finish /queue .
7. First, come first served, the queue will count when the payment was paid
8. No big chance after Sketch and the client have 3 maximum changes in case of touch-up/ minor change. The extra change will cost extra money
9. After confirming Coloring Process, there will be cost extra money in case you want to change the color. (Free touchup in case it is an Artist's mistake)Artist's right---------------------------------------------------------------
10. Use the Commission for future promotion and Portfolio, however, the artwork will have the name of the commoner every time
